On the 5th of April, Minister Stephen-Smith delivered a Ministerial Statement on the ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Agreement 2019-2028 and National Agreement on Closing the Gap 2020 - ACT Annual Impact Statement 2021. Dr Paterson delivered a speech in response to the minister highlighting the importance of real progress towards Treaty and Reconciliation.
